Right to Manage

Where a majority of lessees are unhappy with the management arrangements for their block of flats, they do have the right to take over the landlord's management responsibility under the provisions of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

This is a statutory process and no reason needs to be provided to the Landlord to initiate the process.

We can assist leaseholders with the process and provide guidance on setting up a Right to Manage Company and serve the initial Notice of Claim on the Landlord.
